Who you are buying from

This store is operated by PLA Toys LLC. Throughout this page, “we” and “us” mean that operator, and “you” means the person placing the order.

Everything is made to order

We do not hold stock. When you order, we print that item for you in the color you chose. Printing takes 3–5 business days before the package ships, and shipping time is on top of that. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Placing an order

• Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges we received it, and the contract forms when we accept the order and begin printing.
• We may decline or cancel any order, including after confirmation, for example if an item cannot be printed to an acceptable standard, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel, you get a full refund. That is our entire responsibility in that situation.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian order for you.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time.
• Payment is handled by Stripe on their hosted checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.
• Shipping is $4.99 flat, free on orders over $25, and free on any order containing a bundle.
• If a price or product detail is obviously wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund you rather than honor the error.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only, by USPS, with tracking. Once a carrier takes possession of a package, delivery timing is in their hands, not ours. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. If tracking shows a package delivered and you cannot find it, contact us and we will help you open a carrier claim, though we cannot guarantee its outcome.

Colors and appearance

Filament colors vary between spools, and screens render color differently. The toy you receive may not match the product photo exactly. Layer lines, faint seams, and small finish differences are normal characteristics of 3D printing rather than defects.

Safety

Our toys contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 13. Read the safety and age guidance before buying, especially if the toy is for a child. Use them as fidget toys and nothing else.

Designs and intellectual property

We print models created by independent designers, and each product page credits the designer who made it. We do not claim ownership of those designs, and buying a printed toy does not give you any right to the underlying model or to reproduce it. The PLA Toys name, logo, site text, and photography are ours.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our products are otherwise provided without warranties beyond those described on this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of protection under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that governs that order, so the date at the top matters.
