Who these toys are for

Our toys are made for ages 13 and up. They are desk and pocket fidgets, sized for hands that are past putting things in their mouths.

Age guidance here is about physical safety, not skill or maturity. Anyone who still mouths objects should not be given one, whatever their age, and that judgment belongs to the adult who knows the child.

How they are made, and what that means

Every toy is 3D-printed from PLA+ plastic. That process gives us the shapes and colors we can offer, and it also creates limits worth knowing about:

• They can break. Printed plastic is rigid. Enough force, a hard fall onto tile, or deliberate bending can snap a part and leave a sharp edge or a loose fragment. Stop using a toy that has cracked or splintered.
• They are not food safe. The printing process leaves microscopic layer lines that trap bacteria and cannot be fully cleaned. Never use these with food or drink, and do not let anyone chew on them.
• Heat deforms them. PLA softens well below boiling point. A closed car on a hot day is enough to warp a toy permanently. Keep them out of dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, and direct sun.
• Small manufacturing variation is normal. Each item is printed individually, so slight differences in finish, seams, or color between two of the same toy are expected.

Cleaning and care

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Do not submerge for long periods, do not put them in a dishwasher, and do not use solvents, alcohol, bleach, or abrasive cleaners, all of which can weaken or cloud the plastic.

These are toys, not medical devices

Some customers tell us fidget toys help them focus or settle restless hands. We are glad to hear it, and we make no medical or therapeutic claim of any kind. Nothing we sell is designed, tested, or approved to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition, including anxiety, ADHD, or autism. If you are looking for something to support a diagnosed condition, talk to a qualified professional.

Supervision is the parent's call

Only the adult present can judge whether a particular child is ready for a small hard-plastic object. We provide this guidance so that judgment can be an informed one. If you are unsure, err toward waiting.

Tell us about a safety problem

If a toy arrives damaged, breaks in a way that seems unsafe, or causes an injury, please stop using it and email us at pla.toys.fidget@gmail.com. Tell us which toy it was and what happened, and include a photo if you can. We take these reports seriously, we will make it right, and we use them to decide whether a design should be changed or pulled.

Buying for a younger child

If the child you are shopping for is under 13, please pick something else. That is not us being cautious for the sake of it. These have detachable parts, they are printed rather than moulded, and they were designed for older hands.
